My art is a collection of symbolism, weaving together elements of history, personal stories, and universal human experiences. Everything centers around using geometric forms and a limited color palette – black, white, and orange – that is intentional and filled with meaning. Black symbolizes the depth of our past and experiences, representing everything that has shaped us. White is a blank canvas of our future, a new start, and endless possibilities. And the vibrant orange bridges the two, expressing the warmth of the human spirit and the energy that drives us forward. What sets my art apart is how I use it to tell stories, especially about the strength and resilience of women. They are the central focus, looking feminine and confident, surrounded by these intricate geometric patterns that symbolize both historical narratives and personal experiences. As a kid, I was drawn to geometric art, and now I honor that inspiration. Geometry as the language of our universe blended with the women in my paintings, creates a connection that runs through every corner of our existence. The large bold geometric shapes in the background symbolize historical narratives, shaping our present. Meanwhile, the women adorned in outfits featuring smaller geometric patterns represent personal and collective experiences that shape our identity. I blend the classic with contemporary elements as a reminder that life evolves, and embracing change is our key to growth.
